I’m alive. I called my mom this morning and even she knew it wasn’t as big a deal as the news made it out to be.
Spent the morning walking around and saw . . . some leaves on the ground.
It was another day in NY except the trains were shut down and everything was closed.
The news is always so dramatic. It’s a bunch of baloney!
I wasn’t too worried. Seems the size of the storm was the issue, not the intensity. Yeah, the news make the news these days. Not like to good ole days when they reported the news.
ha! at least on our resumes, we can put we survived.
