Between forcing me to learn piano and violin in the 3rd grade (NO musical talent and still don’t know how to play), telling me that I need plastic surgery to pin my Dumbo ears back, and criticizing just about everything I do, my mama is the BEST.
Don’t let the tough exterior fool you. She has an interesting way of showing it (i.e. She’ll watch me iron something and then say in a dragon lady tone, “You aren’t good at that,” and then take the iron away from me to finish it), but it’s ALL love, and I love every bit of it.
